Delivery Information
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition and on time.
Order Cut‑Off & Delivery Scheduling
- Place your order before 12:00 midday Monday to Thursday to qualify for next‑day delivery.
- For added convenience, you may select your preferred delivery date at checkout.
Courier Service
- All orders are dispatched via DPD Courier, offering a reliable, fully trackable delivery service.
- As the product is perishable only one delivery attempt will be made.
Packaging & Product Care
- Your meat products are carefully prepared and packed in insulated, temperature‑controlled packaging, designed to maintain freshness throughout transit.
- We recommend that all chilled items are refrigerated promptly upon delivery.
Delivery Charges
- A £7.50 delivery charge applies to orders with a total value below £75.
- Complimentary delivery is offered on all orders for £75 and above.
Delivery Area
Please note that we are unable to deliver to locations outside the UK.
The following areas are also currently outside our delivery zone, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Scottish Highlands and Islands.
