Wagyu Whole Fillet

If cooking whole as part of a recipe (i.e. Beef Wellington) follow the receipe guidelines. If cooking as individual steaks you can grill, souvez or fry/BBQ your fillet. Minimal cooking required depending on how rare you like your steak!
