Description

Our Wagyu Rib-eye steak is absolutely fabulous! One of the tastiest steak cuts, its perfect paired with a great bottle of wine. The marbling creates a soft buttery texture that’s full of flavour. A ribeye steak comes from the upper part of the cow, specifically from the rib primal cut. The ribeye is situated specifically between the 6th and 12th ribs.

Cooking Instructions

Season well and pan fry or BBQ for 3-4 minutes for rare or 6-7 minutes for medium. Rest for 5 mins before serving.
